By registering your child for football training sessions with Elite Girls Academy, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:


1. Registration & Consent

  • By signing up, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child and have the authority to enrol them in our training sessions.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and your child’s details.

2. Data Collection & Privacy

  • During registration, we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, and your child’s relevant information.
  • This data is used solely to manage training sessions, communicate important updates, and provide a safe and organised experience.
  • We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances.

3. Bank & Payment Information

  • Payment details are collected securely via our website when booking.
  • We use trusted third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to handle all financial transactions.
  • Your bank or card details are never stored by Elite Girls Academy and are not shared with anyone.
  • All payments are encrypted and processed in compliance with data protection and financial regulations.

4. Session Participation

  • Children should arrive on time and be dressed appropriately for football activity (suitable footwear, clothing, and hydration).
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is fit and healthy to take part.
  • Our coaching team reserves the right to remove any child from a session if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

5. Photography & Media Consent

  • Occasionally, we may capture photos or videos during training sessions for use in promotional materials and social media.
  • You can choose to opt in or out of media consent during registration.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • While we take great care to provide a safe training environment, participation in sport carries some inherent risk.
  • Elite Girls Academy and its coaches are not liable for any injury, accident, or loss unless directly caused by proven negligence.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Any significant changes will be communicated via email or published on our website.
